参芪降糖颗粒（Shenqi Jiangtang Granule，SJG）是由人参茎叶总皂苷、黄芪、五味子等11味中药组成的经典中药方剂，临床上治疗2型糖尿病及糖尿病肾病等疗效显著。因SJG具有显著降低各项生化指标、改善肾功能和减轻不良反应等作用，已被《中国2型糖尿病防治指南（2020年版）》《国家糖尿病基层中医防治管理指南（2022）》等多个指南共识收录。基于临床疗效和作用机制2个方面对SJG防治糖尿病肾病的研究进展进行综述，为SJG的临床应用提供科学依据。

Shenqi Jiangtang Granule (SJG) is a classical Chinese medicine formula composed of 11 herbs, including total ginsenosides of Renshen (Panax ginseng) stems and leaves, Huangqi (Astragali Radix) and Wuweizi (Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus), etc, which showed significant clinical efficacy in treating type II diabetes and diabetic nephropathy. Because of the significant reduction of biochemical indexes, improvement of renal function, and reduction of adverse reactions, SJG has been included in the consensus of several guidelines, such as Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes in China (2020 edition) and National Guidelines for the Management of Primary Chinese Medicine in Diabetes Prevention and Treatment (2022). The research progress of SJG in the prevention and treatment of diabetic nephropathy was reviewed based on both clinical efficacy and mechanism of action to provide a scientific basis for the promotion of the clinical application of SJG.
