“酒制升提”是传统中药炮制理论的典型代表之一,药物经酒炮制后可引药上行、缓和苦寒之性、增强活血化瘀补肝肾之功效,进而达到减毒增效之目的。通过“酒制升提”理论内涵对“酒制升提”炮制理论的形成、发展进行考证,并结合“酒制升提”炮制理论的研究现状,从物质基础变化、归经的现代研究和临床组方等角度探索中药“酒制升提”的效应机制,并结合药物归经和酒的质量标准展望“酒制升提”效应机制研究方向,为“酒制升提”炮制理论深入研究和酒制品的临床安全应用提供参考。

“Wine processing for uplifting” is one of the typical representatives of the processing theory of traditional Chinese medicine, which can be used to uplink introduction of drug, alleviate the bitter cold and enhance the effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and tonifying the liver and kidney, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing toxicity and increasing efficiency. This study makes a textual research on the formation and development of the processing theory of “wine processing for uplifting” through the theoretical connotation of “wine processing for uplifting”, combined with the present situation of the research on the processing theory of “wine processing for uplifting”. The purpose of this study is to explore the effect mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine “wine processing for uplifting” from the point of view of the change of material basis, modern research of meridian tropism and clinical prescription, and make expectation to the research direction of “wine processing for uplifting” effect mechanism combined with drug meridian tropism and wine quality standard, so as to provide a reference for the further study of the processing theory of “wine processing for uplifting” and the clinical safety application of wine-processed products.
