[摘要]
目的 研究高山三尖杉Cephalotaxus fortunei var. alpina枝叶的化学成分。方法 采用硅胶、ODS、葡聚糖凝胶等柱色谱以及半制备高效液相色谱等多种技术进行分离纯化,运用核磁共振波谱、质谱等谱学技术鉴定化合物的结构。结果 从高山三尖杉枝叶75%乙醇水提取物中分离得到26个化合物,分别鉴定为裂异落叶松脂醇(1)、马台树脂醇(2)、去甲络石苷元(3)、α-铁杉脂素(4)、(+)-异落叶松树脂醇(5)、赤式-愈创木酚基甘油-4'-二氢松柏醇醚(6)、松脂醇(7)、欧洲赤松皮醇(8)、4,7,9,9'-四羟基-3,3'-二甲氧基-8-O-4'-新木脂素(9)、二氢去氢二松柏醇(10)、二氢松柏醇(11)、芹菜素(12)、槲皮素(13)、3'-甲氧基木犀草素(14)、柚皮素(15)、二氢山柰酚(16)、8-去甲杜鹃素(17)、金松双黄酮(18)、2,3-二氢-6-甲基银杏素(19)、台湾三尖杉高黄酮C(20)、4-(4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯基)-2-丁醇(21)、杜鹃醇(22)、覆盆子酮(23)、反式-白藜芦醇(24)、邻甲氧基苯甲酸(25)、苯甲酸(26)。结论 化合物5~8、11、21~26为首次从三尖杉属植物中分离得到,化合物1~4、9、10、13、14、18~20为首次从高山三尖杉中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents from the branches and leaves of Cephalotaxus fortunei var. alpina. Methods The separation and purification were conducted by a variety of chromatographic separation techniques, including silica gel, ODS, Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography, and semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography. The chemical structures of isolated compounds were elucidated by NMR and MS spectroscopic techniques. Results A total of 26 compounds were isolated from 75% ethanol extract of the branches and leaves of C. fortunei var. alpina, which were identified as (−)-secoisolariciresinol (1), matairesinol (2), (−)-nortrachelogenin (3), α-conidendrin (4), (+)-isolariciresinol (5), erythro-guaiacyl-glycerol-β-O-4′-dihydroconiferyl ether (6), (+)-pinoresinol (7), pinobatol (8), 4,7,9,9′-tertahydroxy-3,3′- dimethoxy-8-O-4′-neolignan (9), dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol (10), dihydroconiferyl alcohol (11), apigenin (12), quercetin (13), chrysoeriol (14), naringenin (15), dihydrokaempferol (16), 8-demethylfarrerol (17), sciadopitysin (18), 2,3-dihydro-6-methylginkgetin (19), taiwanhomoflavone C (20), 4-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-2-butanol (21), rhododendrol (22), 4-(4-hydroxyphenyl)butan-2-one (23), trans-resveratrol (24), o-anisic acid (25) and benzoic acid (26). Conclusion Compounds 5—8, 11, and 21—26 are isolated from the genus Cephalotaxus for the first time. Compounds 1—4,9, 10, 13, 14, and 18—20 are isolated from C. fortunei var. alpina for the first time.
