黄精是我国传统的中药材，具有补气养阴、健脾、润肺、益肾等功效。黄精主要含有多糖、甾体皂苷、植物甾醇、黄酮、三萜、生物碱等活性成分，具有抗氧化、抗自由基衰老、抗炎、免疫调节等药理作用，近年来对其抗衰老的研究也不断增加。通过对黄精抗衰老的有效成分及其作用机制进行综述，为黄精抗衰老的进一步开发和利用提供参考。
