目的 研究肉果草Lancea tibetica的化学成分。方法 综合应用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20和制备液相等多种色谱方法进行分离纯化,并根据化合物NMR谱、MS谱等数据进行结构鉴定。采用斑马鱼炎症模型进行抗炎活性评价。结果 从肉果草乙醇提取物的醋酸乙酯萃取部位中分离得到1对新的四氢呋喃型木脂素苷类化合物(1a和1b)和已知化合物肉果草苷(2)。结论 化合物1a和1b为新化合物,是1对能发生差向异构的、不可分的化合物,分别命名为肉果草苷A(1a)、肉果草苷B(1b),且具有抗炎活性。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Lancea tibetica. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and preparative RP-HPLC. Their structures were elucidated by analysis of NMR and HR-ESI-MS spectroscopic data. Zebrafish model was used to evaluate the anti-inflammatory activity of compounds. Results A pair of new tetrahydrofuran-type lignan glycosides (1a and 1b) and a known compound (tibeticoside) were isolated from the EtOAc-soluble partition of the aqueous ethanolic extract of L. tibetica. Conclusion Compounds 1a and 1b are new compounds, a pair of epimeric and indivisible compounds, named (7R,8R,8'S,9'S)-9'-hydroxyl tibeticoside and (7R,8R,8'S,9'R)-9'-hydroxyl tibeticoside, respectively. And compound 1 shows anti-inflammation activity.
