青钱柳Cyclocarya paliurus为胡桃科青钱柳属植物,具有生津解渴、降压强心等功效。代谢性疾病包括糖尿病、高脂血、高血压、高尿酸和肝病在内的代谢紊乱性疾病,是全球亚健康状态的主要原因。青钱柳含有丰富的三萜、黄酮及多糖等活性成分,具有降血糖、调血脂、降血压、降尿酸和肝脏保护等多种药理活性,对代谢性疾病有一定的改善作用。通过对青钱柳的化学成分和抗代谢性疾病的药理作用进行综述,为该资源后续的研究、开发与利用提供参考。

Qingqianliu (Cyclocarya paliurus) belongs to the genus Cyclocarya in Juglandaceae family, with the function of engendering liquid and quenching thirst, lowering blood pressure and strengthening heart. Metabolic diseases are recognized as a group of diseases characterized by metabolic disorder, including diabetes, hyperlipidemia, hypertension, high uric acid and liver disease, and are the main cause of sub-health conditions worldwide. Cyclocarya paliurus is rich in active ingradients such as triterpenes, flavonoids and polysaccharides, and has hypoglycemia, hypolipidemic, antihypertensive, anti-uric acid, liver protection and other effects. This article reviews the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of Cyclocarya paliurus against metabolic diseases, in order to provide reference for the subsequent research, development and utilization of this resource.
