[摘要]
目的 研究壮药斜叶黄檀Dalbergia pinnata根茎的化学成分。方法 通过硅胶柱色谱、RP-C18及半制备高效液相色谱法进行分离和纯化,根据理化性质、波谱数据及结合参考文献鉴定化合物结构并对分离得到的化合物进行体外抗氧化活性测试。结果 从斜叶黄檀乙醇提取物中分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为斜叶黄檀素A(1a)、斜叶黄檀素B(1b)、2'-甲氧基-4'-羟基-α,β-二氢查耳酮(2)、3,7-二羟基-6-甲氧基-二氢黄酮(3)、8-羟基-4',7-二甲氧基异黄酮(4)、黑黄檀素(5)、黄檀素(6)、6-羟基-7-甲氧基-二氢黄酮(7)、赝靛黄素(8)、8-O-methylretusin(9)、二氢芒柄花黄素(10)、2'-甲氧基-4'-羟基查耳酮(11)、5,7,3'-三羟基-5'-甲氧基-异黄酮(12)。结论 化合物1a和1b为1对新的异黄烷对映异构体,化合物7为新的天然产物,所有化合物均为首次从斜叶黄檀植物中分离得到。化合物1(1a+1b)、3~4、6~7、9~12表现出较好的体外抗氧化能力,与阳性对照维生素C相当。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Zhuang medicine Dalbergia pinnata.Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel, RP-C18 and semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography. Their structures were identified by physicochemical properties, spectral data as well as relevant references. The isolated compounds were tested for antioxidant activity in vitro. Results Thirteen compounds were isolated from the ethanol fraction of D. pinnataand identified as dalbergipinnatamin A (1a), dalbergipinnatamin B (1b), 2'-methoxy-4'-hydroxy-α,β-dihydrochalcone (2), 3,7-dihydroxy-6-methoxy-dihydroflavone (3), 8-hydroxy-4',7-dimethoxyisoflavone (4), caviunin (5), dalbergin (6), 6-hydroxy-7-methoxy-dihydroflavone (7), pseudobaptigenin (8), 8-O-methylreusin (9), dihydroformononetin (10), 2'-methoxy-4'-hydroxychalcone (11), 5,7,3'-trihydroxy-5'-methoxy-isoflavone (12).Conclusion Compounds 1and2 is a pair of new isoflavan enantiomers, compound 7is a new natural product. All compounds were isolated from D. pinnata for the first time. Compounds 1,3—4,6—7,9—12 showed good in vitro antioxidant capacity, which was comparable to the positive control vitamin C.
