[摘要]
目的 研究万丈深Crepis phoenix地下部分的化学成分。方法 运用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱及制备型HPLC等方法进行分离纯化,通过核磁共振、质谱等波谱学方法并结合文献对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果 从万丈深乙醇提物中分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为4-O-[6-O-(4-羟基苯乙酰基)-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基]-γ-丁内酯(1)、3'-O-甲基-3,4-O,O-亚甲基鞣花酸-4'-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、丁香酸-4-O-α-L-鼠李糖(3)、4-烯丙基-2,6-二甲氧基苯基葡萄糖苷(4)、白花前胡苷(5)、烟酸(6)、(+)-松脂素-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄苷(7)和taraxinic acid-14-O-β-D-glucopyrnaoside(8)。结论 化合物1为新化合物,命名为万丈深苷A;化合物2~8为首次从该植物中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents from the roots of Wanzhangshen (Crepis phoenix). Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and preparative HPLC. The structures of the isolated compounds were identified by NMR and MS spectroscopic methods. Results Eight compounds were isolated from the aqueous extract of C. phoenix, and identified as 4-O-[6-O-(4-hydroxyphenylacetyl)-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl]-γ-butyrolactone (1), 3'-O-methyl-3,4-O,O-metheneellagic acid 4'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), syringicacid-4-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside (3), 4-allyl-2,6-dimethoxyphenyl glucoside (4), baihuaqianhuside (5), Nicotinic acid (6), (+)-pinoresinol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (7), and taraxinic acid-14-O-β-D-glucopyrnaoside (8). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound, named crepisiroside A, and compounds 2—8 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
