类风湿关节炎是一种慢性、致残性且长期性的自身免疫性疾病。肠道菌群可影响类风湿关节炎的发生与发展。目前,临床上中药治疗类风湿关节炎具有增效减毒、疗效可靠的优势。通过总结单味中药及中药复方调节肠道菌群治疗类风湿关节炎的研究,将中药、肠道菌群和类风湿关节炎三者关联起来,以期寻找新的突破口,为临床治疗类风湿关节炎提供新思路。

At present, traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis has the advantages of increasing efficacy, reducing toxicity, and reliable efficacy. By summarizing the studies on the regulation of intestinal microflora by single Chinese medicine and compound preparations of Chinese medicine in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, and associate Chinese medicine, intestinal flora and rheumatoid arthritis, in order to find a new breakthrough and provide new ideas for clinical treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
