[摘要]
目的 研究土茯苓Smilax glabra总苷的化学成分。方法 采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶色谱及半制备液相色谱分离技术,对土茯苓总苷化学成分进行了系统的分离纯化。结合分离单体化合物的理化性质,通过MS、NMR和CD等波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果 从土茯苓总苷中分离得到25个化合物,分别鉴定为土茯苓色酮A(1)、花柏色酮(2)、花旗松素(3)、北美圣草素(4)、柚皮素(5)、3',5',5,7-四羟基二氢黄酮(6)、高圣草素(7)、6-甲氧基柚皮素(8)、二氢山柰酚(9)、6-甲氧基橙皮素(10)、落新妇苷(11)、异落新妇苷(12)、新落新妇苷(13)、新异落新妇苷(14)、黄杞苷(15)、异黄杞苷(16)、槲皮素(17)、芹菜素(18)、高车前素(19)、山柰酚(20)、光叶菝葜苷(21)、5,7-二羟基色原酮(22)、儿茶素(23)、表儿茶素(24)和金鸡纳素Ib(25)。结论 化合物1为新化合物,化合物2和8是首次从菝葜属植物中分离得到,化合物6~9、19和22为首次从该植物中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To study chemical constituents of total glycosides of Tufuling (Smilax glabra Roxb.). Methods The separation and purification of the chemical components of total glucosides of S. glabra was carried out systematically by silica gel column chromatography, gel chromatography and semi-preparative HPLC. The structures were identified by MS, NMR and CD spectral data in combination with the physicochemical properties of the isolated monomeric compounds. Results Twenty-five compounds were isolated from the total glucosides of S. glabra and identified as glabachromone A (1), sawarachromone (2), taxifolin (3), eriodictyol (4), naringenin (5), 3',5',5,7-tetrahydroxylflavanone (6), homoeriodictyol (7), 6-methoxynaringenin (8), dihydrokaempferol (9), 6-methoxyhesperetin (10), astilbin (11), isoastilbin (12), neoastilbin (13), neoisoastilbin (14), engeletin (15), isoengeletin (16), quercetin (17), luteolin (18), hispdulin (19), kaempferol (20), smiglanin (21), 5,7-dihydroxychromone (22), (+)-catechin (23), (-)-epicatechin (24), and cinchonain Ib (25). Conclusion Compounds 1 is a new compound, compounds 2 and 8 are firstly isolated from the genus Smilax, and compound 6, 7, 8, 9, 19 and 22 are obtained from this plant for the first time.
