人参皂苷是一种三萜皂苷类化合物,研究发现其对乳腺癌具有治疗潜力。基于人参皂苷的分子分型,综述了人参皂苷抗乳腺癌的主要药理作用,其作用机制为诱导乳腺癌细胞的凋亡、调节乳腺癌细胞的周期和增殖、促进乳腺癌细胞自噬、对乳腺癌中上皮细胞-间充质转变(epithelial-mesenchymal transition,EMT)的调节,对其进一步临床应用具有一定的指导意义。

Ginsenosides are triterpenoid saponins, and studies have reported ginsenosides have the potential of treatment of breast cancer. Based on molecular typing of ginsenosides, the main pharmacological effects of ginsenosides against breast cancer were reviewed. The mechanisms of action are inducing apoptosis of breast cancer cells, regulating the cycle and proliferation of breast cancer cells, promoting autophagy in breast cancer cells, and regulating of the epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) in breast cancer, which has certain guiding significance for their further clinical application.
