[摘要]
目的 研究铁线莲属植物东北铁线莲Clematis manshurica地上部位的化学成分。方法 采用硅胶和ODS柱色谱以及制备HPLC等技术方法进行化学成分分离,运用理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果 从东北铁线莲地上部位乙醇提取物中分离得到18个化合物,分别鉴定为β-香树脂醇乙酸酯(1)、(5S)-二氢-5-羟甲基-2(3H)-呋喃酮(2)、5-羟甲基糠醛(3)、丁香醛(4)、异黑麦草内酯(5)、黑麦草内酯(6)、(−)-丁香树脂醇(7)、威灵仙酚(8)、蚱蜢酮(9)、丁香酸(10)、阿魏酸(11)、(5R)-二氢-5-羟甲基-2(3H)-呋喃酮(12)、3,4-二羟基苯乙酮(13)、3,4-二羟基苯甲醛(14)、1,3-反式-四氧-1-甲基-3-苯茚满(15)、反式-二氢-4-羟基-5-羟甲基-2(3H)-呋喃酮(16)、(5S)-5-羟甲基-2(5H)-呋喃酮(17)和地耳草素A(18)。结论 化合物4~6、9、13~15和18为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物1~2和7~8为首次从该植物中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To further investigate the chemical constituents of the ethanol extract from the aerial parts of Clematis manshurica. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography of silica gel, ODS, and semi-preparative HPLC. Their structures were elucidated by spectral analyses, including MS, 1D and 2D NMR spectral techniques. Results Eighteen compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of the aerial parts of C. manshurica, and were identified as β-amyrin acetate (1), (5S)-dihydro-5-hydroxymethyl-2(3H)-furanone (2), 5-(hydroxymethyl)-2-furancarboxaldehyde (3), syringaldehyde (4), isololiolide (5), loliolide (6), (−)-syringaresinol (7), clematichinenol (8), grasshopper ketone (9), syringic acid (10), ferulic acid (11), (5R)-dihydro-5-hydroxymethyl-2(3H)-furanone (12), 3,4-dihydroxyacetophenone (13), 3,4-dihydroxy- benzaldehyde (14), 1,3-trans-tetraoxy-1-methyl-3-phenylindan (15), trans-dihydro-4-hydroxy-5-hydroxymethyl-2(3H)-furanone (16), (5S)-5-hydroxymethyl-2(5H)-furanone (17), and japonicin A (18). Conclusion Compounds 4-6, 9, 13-15, and 18 are firstly isolated from genus Clematis, and compounds 1-2 and 7-8 are obtained from this plant for the first time.
