[摘要]
目的 研究华东覆盆子Rubus chingii果实的化学成分。方法 采用加热回流提取、溶剂萃取,硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶、半制备液相色谱等多种色谱方法进行分离纯化,并运用NMR、MS等现代谱学技术进行化合物结构鉴定。结果 从华东覆盆子中共分离得到16个化合物,分别鉴定为2-(4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯基)-3-羟基丙酸丁酯(1)、1β,2α,19α-三羟基-3-羰基-12烯-乌苏烷-28-酸(2)、3β,19α-二羟基-1-羰基-齐墩果烷-12-烯-28-酸(3)、麦珠子酸(4)、negundonorin A(5)、山柰酚-3-O-刺槐二糖苷(6)、椴树苷(7)、槲皮素(8)、根皮苷(9)、5,6,7,4'-四羟基-黄酮醇(10)、香橙素(11)、2,2',3,3',4,4'-六羟基-6,6'-联苯二甲酸二乙酯(12)、没食子酸乙酯(13)、没食子酸(14)、(+)-儿茶素(15)、对羟基苯甲酸(16)。结论 化合物1为新的酚类化合物,命名为覆盆子酚酸丁酯,化合物2~5、10为首次从该植物中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents from Rubi Fructus. Methods The chemical constituents of fruits of R. chingii were isolated and purified by reflux-extraction, solvent extraction and column chromatography such as silica gel column chromatography, ODS column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and semi-preparative RP-HPLC. The structures of all compounds were identified by modern spectrum technology (ESI-MS, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR). Results Sixteen compounds were isolated from the fruits of R. chingii and identified as butyl-2-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-3-hydroxypropanoate (1), 1β,2α,19α-trihydroxy-3-oxo-12-ursen-28-oic acid (2), 3β,19α-dihydroxy-1-oxo-olean-12-en-28-oic acid (3), alphitolic acid (4), negundonorin A (5), kaempferol-3-O-robinobioside (6), tiliroside (7), quercetin (8), phlorizin (9), 5,6,7,4'-tetrahydroxy-flavonol (10), aromadendrin (11), diethyl-2,2',3,3',4,4'-hexahydroxybiphenyl-6,6'-dicarboxylate (12), ethyl gallate (13), gallic acid (14), (+)-catechin (15), and 4-hydroxybenzoic acid (16). Conclusion Among them, compound 1 is a new simple phenol named (±)- butylchinphenolate, compounds 2-5, 10 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
