柚皮苷是骨碎补、枳实、枳壳、化橘红等中药的主要药效成分,具有抗骨质疏松、抗氧化、抗炎、抗菌、抗肿瘤、改善心肌损伤、改善肝损伤、防治糖尿病及并发症和调血脂等药理作用。通过分析归纳有关柚皮苷的大量文献,对其药理作用及其机制的研究进展进行综述,旨在为其合理应用和药物开发提供参考。

Naringin is the main medicinal ingredient of traditional Chinese medicine such as Gusuibu (Drynariae Rhizoma), Zhishi (Aurantii Fructus Immaturus), Zhike (Aurantii Fructus), Huajuhong (Citri Grandis Exocarpium). It has various pharmacological effects such as anti-osteoporosis, anti-oxidation, anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-tumor, improving myocardial damage, improving liver damage, preventing and treating diabetes complications and lowering blood lipids. By analyzing and summarizing a large number of literatures on naringin, research progress on pharmacological effects and mechanism of naringin were reviewed in this paper, so as to provide reference for its rational application and drug development.
