[摘要]
目的 研究禾本科植物薏苡Coix lacryma-jobi的种仁(薏苡仁)非脂溶性部位的化学成分。方法 运用正相硅胶、反相ODS及半制备型高效液相色谱技术进行系统的分离纯化,并结合多种波谱方法进行结构鉴定。结果 从薏苡仁正丁醇部位分离得到5个生物碱类化合物,分别鉴定为 (2R)-2-O-(β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-7-methoxy- 1,4(2H)-benzoxazin-3-one(1)、methyl dioxindole-3-acetate(2)、(3S)-1,2,3,4-四氢-β-咔啉-3-羧酸(3)、cordysinin B(4)、色氨酸(5)。结论 化合物1为未见文献报道的新化合物,命名为薏苡仁苷C(coixlachryside C),化合物3和4为首次从薏苡属植物中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents from the seeds of Coix lacryma-jobi. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated by silica gel column, ODS and semi-preparative HPLC chromatography. The structures of compounds were identified based on spectroscopic data and physicochemical properties. Results Five alkaloids were isolated from the seeds of C. lacryma-jobi, which were identified as (2R)-2-O-(β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-7-methoxy-1,4(2H)- benzoxazin-3-one (1), methyl dioxindole-3-acetate (2), (3S)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-β-carboline-3-carboxylic-acid (3), cordysinin B (4) and tryptophan (5). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new benzoxazinoid glycoside, named coixlachryside C. Compounds 3 and 4 are isolated from Coix for the first time.
