合成微生物群落(synthetic microbial communities,SynComs)是人为地将多个种类、功能等明确的不同微生物,在特定条件下以确定的比例进行混合,获得稳定且功能明确的微生物群落,在促进植物生长、养分吸收、抵御逆境胁迫等方面具有重要作用。对SynComs技术的发展历程、构建依据和方法,以及SynComs技术在促进植物养分吸收、抵抗生物胁迫和缓解连作障碍中的作用进行综述,以期为药用植物提质增效、产业可持续发展提供理论依据与技术支撑。

Synthetic microbial communities (SynComs) are artificial combinations of two or more different microorganisms with known categorical status and definite functional characteristics. The Synthetized microbial communities play an important role in promoting plant growth, nutrient absorption, and resistance to stress. Development history, construction basis and method of SynComs, and the effects on promoting plant nutrient absorption, resistance to biological stress and alleviating continuous cropping obstacles of SynComs were reviewed in this paper, in order to provide theoretical basis and technical support for the health of medicinal plant rhizosphere soil and green and sustainable development of agriculture.
