川贝母Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus是最具代表性的川产名贵道地药材之一，作为质优效佳的中医临床化痰止咳药，应用历史悠久，具有重要的临床价值和广阔的全产业链应用开发潜力。资源供应短缺、质量评控薄弱、技术标准缺失、终端产品缺乏、政策支持不够等瓶颈问题，制约了当前川贝母产业健康发展。基于广义中药学理论，从观念和理论上将中药理论、临床应用、综合开发、产业发展、健康服务、资源保护、生态环境、文化传承等相关的要素整合为一，概述了川贝母的化学成分、药理作用、质量控制、专利申请、新药研发及大健康产品等研究进展，从全产业链探讨川贝母产业发展中遇到的挑战，提出相应的发展策略与方法，为川贝母产业高质量发展提供科学支撑。

Chuanbeimu (Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus) is one of the famous “Daodi” traditional Chinese medicinal material produced in Sichuan Province. As a clinical expectorant with high quality and good efficacy, it has a long history of clinical application and has important clinical value and broad application and development potential for the whole industry chain. Due to the shortage of resources, insufficient depth of quality evaluation and control research, lack of production technology standards, lack of related products, lack of policy support and other reasons, the development of Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus industry has been restricted. Based on generalized science of Chinese materia medica, the relevant elements of Chinese medicine theory, clinical application, comprehensive development, industrial development, health service, resource protection, ecological environment, and cultural inheritance are integrated into one conceptually and theoretically, focusing on the current status of modern research on Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus, including chemical components, pharmacological effects, quality control, patent applications, new drug development, big health products, and etc. And the challenges encountered in Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus in the process of industrial development are discussed, and some solutions or suggestions are put forward to provide some references for high-quality development of the whole industrial chain of Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus.
