目的 研究小花清风藤Sabia parviflora的化学成分。方法 利用硅胶柱色谱、中低压液相色谱、凝胶色谱、HP20树脂以及半制备型高效液相色谱等多种色谱技术进行分离，运用现代光谱技术鉴定化合物结构。结果 从小花清风藤中分离得到2个化合物，分别为生物碱类化合物1-[1-羟基-2-(二甲基氨基)乙基]-3,4-菲二醇-4-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷（1），酚酸苷类化合物3,5-二甲氧基-4-羟基苯甲酸-4-O-α-D-芹糖基-(1→2)-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷（2）。结论 化合物1、2均为未见报道的新化合物，分别命名为清风藤碱苷和清风藤酸苷。

Objective To study the chemical constituents from Sabia parviflora. Methods Various column chromatographic techniques were used to separate and purify the chemical constituents which structures were elucidated by spectral analysis. Results Two compounds were isolated from S. parviflora, compound 1 is an alkaloid and compound 2 was a phenolic acid. And they were identified as 1-[1-hydroxy-2-(dimethylamino)ethyl]-3,4-phenanthrenediol-4-O-β-D-glucoside (1), 3,5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxy- benzoicacid-4-O-α-D-apinosyl-(1→2)-O-α-L-rhamnoside (2). Conclusion Compounds 1 and 2 are new compounds, named as sabia alkali glycoside and sabia acid glycoside.
