近年来癌症的发病率一直呈上升趋势，癌性疼痛是癌症患者治疗过程中的常见临床伴随症状。阿片类药物为中、重度疼痛治疗的首选药物，但是存在便秘、呕吐等不良反应。其中阿片类药物所致便秘（opioid-induced constipation，OIC）通常会存在于癌痛治疗的全过程，若不能得到有效解决，不但严重影响患者的癌症治疗效果，还给患者带来很大的痛苦。中医药治疗OIC临床疗效确切，临床应用广泛，常用的治疗手段有口服法、外治法、灌肠法及联合法等。围绕近年中医药在治疗OIC时的认识及应用进行综述，以期在OIC治疗过程中发挥更大价值。

In recent years, the incidence of cancer has been on the rise, and cancer pain is a common clinical concomitant symptom in treatment of cancer patients. Opioids are the first choice for the treatment of moderate and severe pain, but there are many adverse reactions such as constipation and vomiting. Among them, opioid-induced constipation (OIC) usually exists in the whole process of cancer pain treatment, if it can't be solved effectively, it will not only seriously affect the cancer treatment effect of patients, but also bring a lot of pain to patients. Traditional Chinese medicine is effective and widely used in treatment of OIC. The commonly used treatment methods are oral method, external treatment, enema method, and combination method and so on. The understanding and application of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of OIC in recent years are reviewed in this paper, and in order to play a greater value in the process of treatment.
