[摘要]
目的 对北桑寄生Loranthus tanakae醋酸乙酯部位化学成分进行研究。方法 运用正相硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、半制备HPLC等技术进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果 从北桑寄生醋酸乙酯部位分离得到18个化合物,分别鉴定为4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯丙酮(1)、反式肉桂酸(2)、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯(3)、对羟基苯甲醛(4)、香草醛(5)、2-羟基-二丁酸-1,4-二乙酯(6)、4-羟基-a-乙烯基-苯乙醛(7)、松脂素(8)、salicifoliol(9)、2,6-二甲氧基-1,4-苯醌(10)、2,6,2',6'-tetramethoxy-4,4'-bis (2,3-epoxy-1-hydroxypropyl) biphenyl(11)、7-O-甲基槲皮素-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(12)、槲皮素-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(13)、山柰酚-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(14)、鼠李素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(15)、7-O-甲基-山柰酚-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(16)、5,3',4'-trihydroxy-7-methoxyflavone 3-O-(2''-rhamnosyl glucoside)(17)、3'-O-b-D-(6'''-肉桂酰基)-吡喃葡萄糖基-7-O-甲基-槲皮素-3-O-b-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(18)。结论 化合物1~11 、15 、17 为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物18 为1个新的黄酮苷类化合物,命名为北桑寄生黄酮苷A。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical components of the ethyl acetrate extracts from Loranthus tanakae.Methods The ethyl acetrate extracts of Loranthus tanakae were isolated and purified by chromatography on silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, semi-preparative HPLC, then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Eighteen compounds were isolated and identified as 4-hydroxy-3-methoxypropiophenone (1), trans-cinnamic acid (2), 4-hydroxybenzoic acid ethyl ester (3), p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (4), vanillin (5), 2-hydroxy-dibutyric acid-1,4-diethyl ester (6), 4-hydroxy-α- vinyl-phenylacetaldehyde (7), pinoresinol (8), salicifoliol (9), 2,6-dimethoxy-1,4-benzoquinone (10), 2,6,2',6'- tetramethoxy- 4,4'-bis(2,3-epoxy-1-hydroxypropyl)biphenyl (11), 7-O-methylquercetin-3-O-a-L-rhamnopyranoside (12), quercetin-3- O-α-L-rhamnoside (13), kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside (14), rhamnetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (15), 7-O- methylkaempferol-3-O-a- L-rhamnopyranoside (16), 5,3',4'-trihydroxy-7-methoxyflavone 3-O-(2"-rhamnosyl glucoside)(17), 3'-O-b-D-(6'''-cinnamoyl)- glucopyranosyl-7-O-methyl-quercetin-3-O-b-D-glucopyranoside (18). Conclusion Compounds1-11, 15, 17 are isolated from this plant for the first time, compound18 is a new flavonoid glycoside compound named as loranthflavonoside A.
