[摘要]
目的 研究浙麦冬Ophiopogon japonicus的化学成分,为浙麦冬的进一步开发提供科学依据。方法 采用硅胶、HPD100大孔吸附树脂、ODS、Sephadex LH-20凝胶等多种柱色谱和制备液相色谱对其化学成分进行分离纯化,通过MS、NMR等现代波谱分析技术结合理化性质鉴定化合物结构。结果 从浙麦冬提取物中分离得到18个化合物,分别鉴定为shiluone E(1)、N-反式-对-香豆酰基章鱼胺(2)、柳杉二醇(3)、(22S)-胆甾-5-烯-1β,3β,16β,22-四醇1-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基16-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4)、11-桉叶烯-4β,9β-二醇(5)、3-桉叶烯-1β,11-二醇(6)、capillosanane Z(7)、4-羟基苯乙醇(8)、腺苷(9)、龙脑7-O-α-L-呋喃阿拉伯糖基-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(10)、己二酸二乙基己酯(11)、N-顺式-对-香豆酰基章鱼胺(12)、烟曲霉三唑酯A(13)、1-羟基-2-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-4-烯丙基苯(14)、3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基-1-O-磺酰基-(25S)-鲁斯可皂苷元(15)、(+)-丁香脂素(16)、苏式-愈创木基甘油8'-香草酸醚(17)、osmanthuside H(18)。结论 化合物1、5~8、11~18为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Zhejiang Ophiopogon japonicas and provides a scientific basis for its further development. Methods Compounds were isolated and purified from O. japonicus by various chromatographic techniques such as silica gel, HPD100 macroporous adsorption resin, ODS, and Sephadex LH-20 as well as by preparative HPLC. Their structures were identified by physicochemical data and modern spectral analysis techniques, such as MS, NMR. Results Eighteen compounds were isolated from the extract of Zhejiang O. japonicus, and identified as shiluone E (1), N-trans-p- coumatoyloctopamine (2), cryptomeridiol (3), (22S)-cholest-5-ene-1β,3β,16β,22-tetrol 1-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl 16-O-β- D-glucopyranoside (4), eudesm-11(13)-en-4β,9β-diol (5), 3-eudesmene-1β,11-diol (6), capillosanane Z (7), 4-hydroxyphenylethanol (8), adenosine (9), bornyl 7-O-α-L-arabinofuranosyl(1→6)-β-D-glycopyranoside (10), bis(2-ethylhexyl) adipate (11), N-cis-p- coumatoyloctopamine (12), aspergillus triazolate A (13), 1-hydroxy-2-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-4-allylbenzene (14), 3-O-α-L- rhamnopyranosyl-1-O-sulfo-(25S)-ruscogenin (15), (+)-syringaresinol (16), threo-guaiacylglycerol 8'-vanillic acid ether (17), and osmanthuside H (18). Conclusion Compounds 1、5-8、11-18 are isolated from this genus for the first time.
