青藤碱是青藤Sinomenium acutum藤茎中的主要活性生物碱,具有显著的镇痛、抗炎、免疫抑制等药效作用,是一种应用前景良好的天然免疫抑制剂。大量研究表明青藤碱对众多免疫细胞(T细胞、单核/巨噬细胞、树突状细胞、肥大细胞)和免疫应答相关因子(细胞因子、活性氧、核因子-κB、细胞黏附分子)均具有免疫调节作用。通过综述近年来青藤碱免疫抑制作用的研究进展,以期为明确青藤碱作为自身免疫性疾病治疗药物的免疫抑制作用靶点,并揭示其作用信号通路途径提供研究思路。

Sinomenine is a main bioactive alkaloid isolated from the stem of Sinomenium acutum. Sinomenine demonstrates significant analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and immunosuppressive effects, and has presented great potential as a naturally-derived immunosuppressive agent for autoimmune diseases. Many researches have shown that sinomenine exerts its immunosuppressive effects on various immune cells (T cells, monocytes/macrophages, dendritic cells and mast cells) and a number of immune response related factors (cytokines, reactive oxygen, nuclear factor-κB and cell adhesion molecules). Research progress on immunosuppressive mechanism of sinomenine are reviewed in this paper, so as to provide research ideas for identification of immunosuppressive target and signaling pathway of sinomenine as a treatment for autoimmune diseases.
