炎症性疼痛影响着人们的生活质量与心理健康，如何安全有效地止痛是人们关注的重要问题之一。中药外用透皮吸收制剂可使药物直达患处，避免胃肠道反应和多剂量给药，减轻了药物的不良反应，且无成瘾性，操作简便，安全有效，患者易于接受，值得临床推广应用。从炎症性疼痛的病证特点、发病机制以及中药外用透皮吸收制剂用于炎症性疼痛的临床应用、作用机制等方面进行归纳总结和分析，以期为中药抗炎镇痛作用的深入研究与开发应用提供科学依据和有益参考。

Inflammatory pain affects people’s quality of life and mental health. How to relieve pain safely and effectively is one of the important problems that people pay more attention to. External transdermal absorption of traditional Chinese medicine can make the drug reach the affected area, avoid gastrointestinal reaction and multi-dose administration, reduce the toxic and side effects of the drug with non-addiction, which is easy to operate, safe and effective, easy to accept by patients, and worthy of clinical application. Characteristics of inflammatory pain and its pathogenesis, external transdermal absorption preparation of traditional Chinese medicine clinical application and their active mechanisms are summarized and analyzed in this paper, in order to provide scientific basis and useful reference for further research and development of applications of anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs.
