[摘要]
目的 研究烟管蓟Cirsium pendulum的化学成分。方法 运用正、反相硅胶、葡聚糖凝胶以及半制备液相色谱方法进行分离纯化,并根据化合物的理化性质及波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果 从烟管蓟中分离得到30个化合物,分别鉴定为丁香树脂素-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1)、络石苷(2)、高车前素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸(3)、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸(4)、stachannin A(5)、顺丁烯二酸二甲酯(6)、绿原酸甲酯(7)、4-O-咖啡酰基奎宁酸甲酯(8)、高车前苷(9)、假荆芥属苷(10)、刺五加苷B(11)、3,5-二羟基苯乙醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖(12)、芹菜素二甲醚(13)、丁香脂醇(14)、鹅掌楸树脂醇A(15)、4-O-乙酰基咖啡酸(16)、络石苷元(17)、5-O-咖啡酰基奎宁酸丁酯(18)、高车前素(19)、蓟黄素(20)、(7R,7'R,7''R,8S,8'S,8''S)-4',4''-dihydroxy-3,3',3'',5-tetramethoxy-7,9':7',9-diepoxy-4,8''-oxy-8,8'-sesquineolignan-7'',9''-diol(21)、(7R,7'R,7''R,8S,8'S,8''S)-4',4'-dihydroxy-3,3',3'',5-tetramethoxy-7,9':7',9-diepoxy-4,8''-oxy-8,8'-sesquineolignan-7'',9'-diol(22)、linaroside(23)、大蓟苷(24)、金合欢素(25)、滨蓟黄苷(26)、β-胡萝卜苷(27)、白桦酯醇(28)、柳穿鱼黄素(29)和田蓟苷(30)。结论 除化合物7、26和27之外,其余化合物均首次从该植物中分离得到。除化合物2、9、18、20、24、25和30之外,其余化合物均首次从该属植物中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Cirsium pendulum. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by column chromatography packed with silica gel, ODS, or Sephadex LH-20, and HPLC, and their structures were identified on the basis of their physical and chemical properties and spectroscopic data. Results Thirty compounds were isolated and identified as syringaresinol-4-O-β-D-glucoside (1), tracheloside (2), hispidulin-7-O-β-D-glucuronopyranoside (3), apigenin-7-O- β-D-glucuronopyranoside (4), stachannin A (5), dimethyl maleate (6), 3-O-caffeoylquinic acid methyl ester (7), 4-O-caffeoylquinic acid methyl ester (8), homoplantaginin (9), nepitrin (10),eleutheroside B (11), 3,5-dihydroxyphenethyl-alcohol-3-O-β- glucopyranoside (12), dimethoxylapigenin (13), syringaresinol (14), lirioresinol A (15), 4-O-acetyl-caffeic acid (16), trachelogenin (17), 5-O-caffeoyl quinic acid butyl ester (18), hispidulin (19), cirsimaritin (20), (7R,7'R,7''R,8S,8'S,8''S)-4',4''-dihydroxy-3,3',3'',5- tetramethoxy-7,9':7',9-diepoxy-4,8''-oxy-8,8'-sesquineolignan-7'',9''-diol (21), (7R,7'R,7''R,8S,8'S,8''S)-4',4'-dihydroxy-3,3',3'',5- tetramethoxy-7,9':7',9-diepoxy-4,8''-oxy-8,8'-sesquineolignan-7'',9'-diol (22), linaroside (23), pectolinarin (24), acacetin (25), cirsimarin (26), β-daucosterol (27), betulin (28), pectolinarigenin (29) and tilianin (30). Conclusion Except for compounds 7, 26 and 27, all the other compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time. All compounds except compounds 2, 9, 18, 20, 24, 25 and 30 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
