[摘要]
目的 研究新疆紫草Arnebia euchroma的化学成分。方法 运用硅胶柱色谱、MCI凝胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱及制备型HPLC等方法进行分离纯化,通过核磁共振、质谱等波谱学方法并结合文献对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果 从该植物干燥根的75%乙醇提取物中分离纯化得到3个化合物,分别鉴定为2-(2'-烯基-4'-羟基-环己酮-3'-基)-4-(1''-羟基-4''-甲基-3''-戊烯-1''-基)呋喃(1)、arnebinol A(2)和arnebinol C(3)。结论 化合物1为新的紫草呋喃类化合物,命名为紫草呋喃萜酮A。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents from the roots of Arnebia euchroma. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel, MCI gel, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and preparative HPLC. The structures of the isolated compounds were identified by NMR and MS spectroscopic methods. Results Three compounds (1-3) were isolated from the 75% ethanol extract of A. euchroma, and identified as 2-(2'-ene-4'-hydroxy-cyclohexanone-3'-)-4- (1''-hydroxy-4''-methyl-3''-pentene-1''-) furan (1), arnebinol A (2) and arnebinol C (3). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new shikonofuran compound named shikonofuranone A.
