中国传统医药是世界传统医药学的一个重要组成部分。中药复方制剂是传统中医用药治病的主要手段，也是传统中医药文化传承的真正载体。中药复方制剂立足“整体观”，体现了多靶点、多环节、整体调节恢复平衡的治疗理念，在多因素复杂性慢性疾病的临床治疗中具有明显的特色和优势。推进中药复方药物的国际化发展，不仅对于人类有效防治疾病具有重要作用，对于弘扬中华民族优秀文化、引领中国传统医药产业发展亦具有重大意义。立足我国中医药产业发展现状，结合传统中医药文化和国际传统药物发展的经验，从药物评价体系、药效物质基础和质量控制等方面对中药复方制剂现代化、规范化、国际化发展提出对策和建议，以期推动中国传统医药产业的进步和发展。

Based on "holistic view", Traditional Chinese medicine compound preparation embodie the treatment concept of multi-target, multi-link and overall adjustment for balance recovering, which has obvious characteristics and advantages in the clinical treatment of multi-factor complex chronic diseases. Promoting the international development of traditional Chinese medicine compound drugs not only plays an important role in the effective prevention and treatment of diseases, but also has great significance for carrying forward the excellent culture of the Chinese nation and leading the development of traditional Chinese medicine industry. Based on the current situation of the development of traditional Chinese medicine industry in China, combined with the traditional culture of traditional Chinese medicine and international traditional medicine development experience, the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of modernization, standardization and internationalization were put forward from the drug evaluation system, pharmacodynamic material basis and quality control of traditional Chinese medicine compound preparations, so as to promote the progress and development of traditional Chinese medicine industry
