[摘要]
目的 研究山茱萸Cornus officinalis水提物中的化学成分。方法 采用大孔吸附树脂、硅胶、ODS、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱和反相高效液相色谱方法对山茱萸化学成分进行系统分离和纯化,并通过HR-ESI-MS、NMR等波谱学技术鉴定所分离的化合物结构。结果 从山茱萸中共分离得到18个化合物,分别鉴定为5-(1'-羟乙基)-烟酸甲酯(1)、3,4-二羟基苯甲醛(2)、对甲氧基桂皮酸(3)、川楝苷B(4)、dunnianoside D(5)、4-O-(6'-O-没食子酰基-β-D-葡萄糖基)-顺-对香豆酸(6)、3,3'-二甲基鞣花酸-4'-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(7)、1-O-β-D-葡萄糖基-4-烯丙基苯(8)、2-甲氧基-4-(2-丙烯基)苯基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(9)、(-)-(E)-4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯丙烯-4-O-β-L-吡喃木糖基-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(10)、4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯丙-8-烯-4-O-β-D-吡喃木糖基-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(11)、二氢山柰酚(12)、二氢槲皮素(13)、根皮苷(14)、柚皮素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(15)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-半乳糖苷(16)、芦丁(17)和槲皮素-3-O-刺槐双糖(18)。结论 化合物1~15和18为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中,化合物1~6、8~11、13和15为首次从山茱萸属植物中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical compounds in the water extract of Cornus officinalis. Methods The compounds were systematically isolated and purified by using various chromatographic separation and analysis techniques including macroporous resins, silica gel, ODS and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatographies, as well as reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography. Their structures were elucidated based on HR-ESI-MS, NMR spectroscopic and reported data. Results A total of 18 compounds were isolated from water extract of C. officinalis and identified as 5-(1'-hydroxyethyl)-methyl nicotinate (1), 3,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde (2), p-methoxycinnamic acid (3), meliadanoside B (4), dunnianoside D (5), 4-O-(6'-O-galloyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-cis-p-coumaric acid (6), 3,3'-di-O-methylellagic acid-4'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (7), 1-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-4-allylbenzene (8), 2-methoxy-4-(2-propenyl)phenyl β-D-glucopyranoside (9), (-)-(E)-4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenylpropene 4-O-β-L-xylopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside (10), 4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenylprop-8-ene 4-O-β-D-xylopyraosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside (11), dihydrokaempferol (12), dihydroquercetin (13), phlorizin (14), naringenin 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (15), quercetin-3-O-β-D-galactoside (16), rutin (17), and quercetin-3-O-robinobioside (18). Conclusion Compounds 1—15 and 18 are isolated from C. officinalis for the first time. In addition, compounds 1—6, 8—11, 13, and 15 are found in the genus Cornus for the first time.
