[摘要]
目的 研究野葛Pueraria lobata根茎的化学成分。方法 运用HP-20大孔吸附树脂、硅胶、ODS和Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱以及反相制备型HPLC等各种现代色谱分离技术进行系统的分离纯化,根据化合物的光谱数据和理化性质进行结构鉴定。结果 从野葛根茎的甲醇提取物中分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为葛檀素(1)、芒柄花苷(2)、大豆苷(3)、大豆素(4)、4',8-dimethoxy-7-O-β-D-glucopyranosylisoflavone(5)、异芒柄花苷(6)、染料木素(7)、formononetin-7-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1→6)-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(8)、7,2',4'-trihydroxyisoflavone(9)、3'-methoxydaidzein(10)和芒柄花素(11)。结论 化合物1为1个新的6a,11a-脱氢紫檀素,化合物8和9为首次从葛属植物中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To isolate and characterize the chemical constituents from the rhizomes of Pueraria lobata. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by various modern chromatographic techniques, and their structures were identified by spectroscopic data and physicochemical properties. Results Eleven compounds were isolated from the MeOH extract of the rhizomes of P. lobata, which were elucidated as pueracarpanin (1), ononin (2), daidzin (3), daidzein (4), 4',8-dimethoxy-7-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-isoflavone (5), isoononin (6), genistein (7), formononetin-7-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1→6)-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (8), 7,2',4'-trihydroxyisoflavone (9), 3'-methoxydaidzein (10) and formononetin (11). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new 6a,11a-dehydropterocarpin, and compounds 8 and 9 are isolated from the genus Pueraria for the first time.
