目的 建立阿娜尔妇洁液中7种成分花椒毒酚、花椒毒素、异茴芹内酯、羟基-α-山椒素、羟基-β-山椒素、欧前胡素、蛇床子素的一测多评法，验证该方法在阿娜尔妇洁液质量分析中应用的科学性与可行性。方法 采用HPLC法，以花椒毒酚为内参物，建立花椒毒素、异茴芹内酯、羟基-α-山椒素、羟基-β-山椒素、欧前胡素、蛇床子素的相对校正因子（f_s/i），并利用f_s/i计算阿娜尔妇洁液中该7种成分的含量，同时采用外标法计算各成分的含量，并比较2种方法差异。结果 花椒毒素、异茴芹内酯、羟基-α-山椒素、羟基-β-山椒素、欧前胡素、蛇床子素的f_s/i分别为1.005 7、1.272 1、2.421 0、3.160 6、1.205 4、1.299 3。一测多评法与外标法得到的10批阿娜尔妇洁液样品含量测定结果RSD<2.0%，没有显著差异。结论 在对照品短缺的情况下，以花椒毒酚为内参物，建立的一测多评法可用于阿娜尔妇洁液中多指标成分的含量测定和质量评价。

Objective To establish a quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker (QAMS) method for the simultaneous determination of seven components of xanthotol, xanthotoxin, isopimpinellin, hydroxy-α-sandolin, hydroxy-β-sansolin, imperatorin and osthol in A’naer Vigills (阿娜尔妇洁液). Further to verify the scientificity and feasibility of the method in the quality analysis in A’naer Vigills. Methods The relative factors (f_s/i) of xanthotoxin, isopimpinellin, hydroxy-α-sandolin, hydroxy- β-sansolin, osthol and imperatorin were established by HPLC method with xanthotol as internal reference, which was used to calculate the content of seven constituents. The difference between QAMS and external standard method (ESM) was compared to evaluate the accuracy of QAMS. Results The f_s/i of xanthotoxin, isopimpinellin, hydroxy-α-sandolin, hydroxy-β-sansolin, imperatorin and osthol were 1.005 7, 1.272 1, 2.421 0, 3.160 6, 1.205 4 and 1.299 3, respectively. The content determination results of ten batches of A’naer Vigills were calculated and compared between the methods of QAMS and ESM, and no significant difference was observed with RSD < 2.0%. Conclusion In the case of shortage of reference substance, the established QAMS method can be used for the content determination and quality evaluation of the multi-index components in A’naer Vigills with xanthotol as internal reference.
