道地药材是我国优质中药材的代表，地理标志是道地药材获得知识产权保护的重要手段，然而，目前道地药材的地理标志保护主要聚焦于理论研究，缺乏对其保护的实证分析。以《道地药材图典》收载的408种道地药材为研究对象，实证分析408种道地药材地理标志产品的申请、技术标准建立、专用标志使用及国际化开发情况，探讨当前道地药材地理标志产品保护存在的问题，并提出相关的对策建议，以期提升道地药材地理标志产品知识产权保护水平，使道地药材中蕴含的资源优势和知识优势转变为其产品市场的竞争优势，促进中药产业高质量发展。

Authentic medicinal materials are the representatives of high-quality Chinese medicinal materials, and geographical indication is an important means to protect the intellectual property rights of authentic medicinal materials. However, the protection of geographical indications of authentic medicinal materials currently focuses on theoretical research, and empirical analysis of their protection status is still lacking. Therefore, 408 kinds of authentic medicinal materials recorded in the "Atlas of Authentic Medicinal Materials" were used as the research object this paper, empirically the application, technical standard establishment, special mark use and international development of 408 kinds of geographical indication products of authentic medicinal materials were analyzed. The problems existing in the current protection of geographical indication products of authentic medicinal materials were discussed, and relevant countermeasures and suggestions were put forward, in order to improve the intellectual property protection level of geographical indication products of authentic medicinal materials, change the resource advantage and knowledge advantage contained in authentic medicinal materials into the competitive advantage of product market, and promote the sustainable and healthy development of traditional Chinese medicine.
