梅花Mume Flos是中医临床上常用的花类药材之一，含有黄酮类、挥发油、苯丙素类、有机酸等成分，具有抗氧化、抗抑郁、抗黑色素生成和抗血小板凝集的现代药理作用。对近十几年来梅花主要化学成分及其药理作用的研究进展进行整理总结，为明确梅花现代药用价值和制定科学的质量标准评价提供基础，为梅花的深入研究和开发利用提供依据。

The flower of plant Prunus mume is one of the most used flower medicinal materials in clinic. Mume Flos contains flavonoids, volatile oils, phenylpropanoids, organic acids and so on. It has been reported that Mume Flos has many modern pharmacological activities such as anti-oxidation, anti-depression, anti-melanogenesis, and anti-platelet aggregation. This article summarized the research progress on the main chemical components of Mume Flos and pharmacological effects, which provides a basis for clarifying the modern value of Mume Flos and formulating scientific quality evaluation standard, and provides a basis for in-depth research, development and utilization of Mume Flos.
