柚皮素是一种天然的黄酮类化合物，具有抗氧化、抗炎、免疫调节、抗肿瘤等多种药理作用。从乳腺癌、肾母细胞瘤、肺癌、大肠癌、胶质瘤和人胎盘绒毛膜癌等方面对柚皮素抗肿瘤活性及作用机制进行了综述，以期为今后柚皮素抗肿瘤的进一步研究以及为药物开发和应用提供思路。

Naringenin is a natural flavonoid, which has many pharmacologic actions, such as anti-oxidation, anti-inflammation, immune regulation, anti-tumor and so on. In this paper, the anti-tumor activity and mechanism of naringenin were reviewed from the aspects of breast cancer, nephroblastoma, lung cancer, colorectal cancer, glioma, and human placental choriocarcinoma. It is expected to provide ideas for further anti-tumor research and drug development and application of naringenin in the future.
