[摘要]
目的 研究苏藿香Agastache rugosa地上部分的化学成分。方法 采用反复硅胶柱色谱、反相C18色谱柱、Sephadex LH20凝胶柱色谱、高效液相色谱及中低压半制备液相色谱等色谱分离技术对其化学成分进行分离纯化,通过MS、NMR等波谱数据结合理化性质鉴定化合物结构。结果 从苏藿香地上部分75%乙醇提取物中分离得到了19个化合物,分别鉴定为刺槐素(1)、芹菜素(2)、香叶木素(3)、滨蓟黄素(4)、acidoflavanone(5)、木犀草素(6)、田蓟苷(7)、藿香苷(8)、乙基迷迭香酸(9)、熊果酸(10)、山楂酸(11)、乙酰熊果酸(12)、2α,3α,23-trihydroxylurs-12,20(30)-dien-28-oci acid(13)、2α,3α-dihydroxylolean-12-en-28-oic acid(14)、2α,3α,23-trihydroxylurs-12-en-28-oic acid(15)、豆甾醇(16)、豆甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(17)、肉豆蔻酸(18)、棕榈酸(19)。结论 化合物3~6、9、12~17首次从该植物中分离得到,含硫黄酮化合物acidoflavanone目前仅在藿香和大戟科植物醋栗中有发现。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents from the aerial part of Agastache rugosa. Methods Repeated silica gel column chromatography, reversed phase C18 column chromatography, Sephadex LH20 gel column chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography and low and medium performance semi preparative liquid chromatography were performed for separation and purification, and spectroscopic data such as MS and NMR combined with physicochemical properties were applied in identifying the structure of these compounds. Results A total of 19 compounds were isolated and identified as acacetin (1), apigenin (2), diosmetin (3), cirsimartin (4), acidoflavanone (5), luteolin (6), acacetin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (7), acacetin-7-O-(6''-O-acetyl)-β-D-glucoside (8), ethyl rosmarinic acid (9), ursolic acid (10), maslinic acid (11), acetyl ursolic acid (12), 2α,3α,23-trihydroxylurs-12,20(30)-dien-28-oci acid (13), 2α,3α-dihydroxylolean-12-en-28-oic acid (14), 2α,3α,23-trihydroxylurs-12-en-28-oic acid (15), stigmasterol (16), stigmasterol-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (17), myristic acid (18), and palmitic acid (19). Conclusion Compounds 3-6, 9, and 12-17 are isolated from this plant for the first time. Acidoflavanone is currently only found in A. rugosa and Phyllanthus acidus, a plant of Euphorbiaceae
