中药精油种类丰富，具有抗炎、抗病毒、抑菌、抗氧化、抗衰老等药理活性，被广泛应用于芳香疗法和医疗保健领域。但精油存在刺激性大、稳定性差、挥发性强等问题，临床应用时不良反应时常发生，其质量和风险控制问题较为突出。通过文献调研，从精油的临床应用开始梳理，系统总结和分析其质量控制、药效稳定性等问题，在此基础上提出临床应用的风险控制策略，以期为精油的规范合理使用提供新思路和参考依据。

Traditional Chinese medicine essential oil is rich in variety, with anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, antibacterial, antioxidant, anti-aging and other pharmacological activities, widely used in the field of aromatherapy and health care. However, essential oil has such problems as big stimulus, poor instability and strong volatility, and adverse reactions that often occur in clinical application. The quality and risk control problems are more relatively prominent. In this paper, through literature investigation, starting from the clinical application of essential oil, the quality control, efficacy stability and other issues were systematically summarized and analyzed. Based on these, the risk control strategies for clinical application are proposed, in order to provide new ideas and reference for the standardized and reasonable use of essential oil.
