[摘要]
目的 研究黔产黄苞大戟Euphorbia sikkimensis的化学成分。方法 采用正相硅胶、RP-C18、HPLC、Sephadex LH-20等色谱技术对黄苞大戟化学成分进行分离纯化,并运用NMR、MS等现代谱学技术进行化学结构鉴定。结果 从黄苞大戟80%乙醇提取物中分离鉴定出5个化合物,分别鉴定为 (6S,9S)-布卢姆醇-6'-O-没食子酸酯(1)、(6R,9S)-布卢姆醇-6'-O-没食子酸酯(2)、ent-kaurane-3-oxo-16β-17-diol(3)、ent-16α,17-dihydroxy-atisan-3-one(4)、短叶苏木酚酸甲酯(5)。结论 化合物1为新的megastigmane糖苷类化合物,命名为黄苞大戟苷A;化合物2~5首次从黄苞大戟中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Euphorbia sikkimensis. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by column chromatography, RP-C18, HPLC and Sephadex LH-20, and their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of 1D-NMR, 2D-NMR, and MS data. Results Five compounds were isolated from E. sikkimensis and identified as (6S,9S)-blumenol-6'-O-gallate (1), (6R, 9S)-blumenol-6'-O-gallate (2), ent-kaurane-3-oxo 16β-17-diol (3), ent-16α, 17-dihydroxy-atisan-3-one (4) and methyl brevifolincarboxylate (5). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new megastigmane glycoside, named sikkimenside A, compounds 2—5 are isolated from E. sikkimensis for the first time.
