本草考证是中药学相关领域研究和发展的基础性工作，以忍冬Lonicera japonica为例，拟从本草学研究出发，横纵结合社会、自然、人文因素等时代特征，全面梳理、拾遗忍冬相关考证研究内容。以文献学研究方法为主，秉承审名实、重佐证、戒妄牵、守凡例的治学思想，辅以历史分期法、典型分析法及数据可视化技术，旨为忍冬藤与金银花科学的质评质控体系构建以及合理的临床应用开发提供依据。同时，对中医药文献考证之学进行分类归纳、整理分析，揭示其发展之历史轨迹、探寻其变化之内在规律、总结其考证之研究方法、扬弃其诸家之经验思想，辨章学术，考镜源流，为中医药古籍文献考证学术的发展提供借鉴和启示。

The herbal textural research is the basic work for research and development of Chinese materia medica. Taking Lonicera japonica as an example, starting from the study of Chinese materia medica and combining with the characteristics of the times such as social, natural and humanistic factors, the previous research results was comprehensively collated. Based on the literature research method, the rigorous academic thought was adhered, supplemented by historical staging method, typical analysis method and data visualization technology, aiming to provide the basis for the construction of scientific quality evaluation system of Lonicerae Japonicae Caulis and Lonicerae Japonicae Flos, as well as reasonable clinical application development. At the same time, the ancient books and documents were classified and sorted out of TCM to reveal the historical track of its development, explore the internal law of its changes, summarize the research methods of its textual research, and sublate the experience and thoughts of various schools, so as to provide reference and enlightenment for the development of textual research in the future.
