[摘要]
目的 研究宁夏枸杞Lycium barbarum果实(枸杞子)的化学成分。方法 运用硅胶、ODS、Sephadex LH-20以及反相制备型HPLC等各种现代色谱分离技术进行分离纯化,根据化合物的光谱数据和理化性质进行结构鉴定。结果 从枸杞子95%乙醇提取物的醋酸乙酯部位中共分离得到23个化合物,分别鉴定为3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-4-羟基咖啡酸甲酯(1)、linocinnamarin(2)、3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-5-羟基桂皮酸甲酯(3)、4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-5-甲氧基阿魏酸甲酯(4)、cassoside I(5)、nicphenside A(6)、3-(4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基苯基)丙酸甲酯(7)、苯乙基-β-D-葡萄糖苷(8)、棉花苷(9)、二氢阿魏酸甲酯(10)、7,8-二氢-(S)-7-甲氧基阿魏酸甲酯(11)、3-(4-羟基苯基)丙酸甲酯(12)、1-(2-乙基苯基)乙烷-1,2-二醇(13)、1-(4-乙基苯基)乙烷-1,2-二醇(14)、黑麦草内酯(15)、(3S)-3-羟基-β-紫罗兰酮(16)、芥子酸(17)、阿魏酸(18)、对羟基肉桂酸(19)、槲皮素(20)、丁香树脂酚(21)、6-甲氧基-7-羟基香豆素(22)、邻苯二甲酸丁二酯(23)。结论 化合物1为新天然产物,化合物1~8、10、11、13~16均为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物1~16为首次从该植物中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents from the fruits of Gouqizi (Lycium barbarum L.). Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by various column chromatographies, and their structures were identified by physiochemical properties and spectroscopic data. Results Twenty-three compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate part of the 95% ethanol extract of L. barbarum and their structures were identified as methyl-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-4-hydroxy caffeic acid (1), linocinnamarin (2), 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-5-hydroxy cinnamate (3), methyl-4-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-5-methoxy ferulic acid (4), cassoside I (5), nicphenside A (6), methyl-3-(4-O-β-D-glucopyranosylphenyl) propionate (7), phenethyl-β-D-glucopyranoside (8), 7-O-β-D-glucopyranose-quercetin glycoside (9), dihydroferulic acid methyl ester (10), methyl-7,8-dihydro-(S)-7-methoxy ferulate (11), methyl-3-(4-hydroxyphenyl) propionate (12), 1-(2-ethylphenyl) ethane-1,2-ethanediol (13), 1-(4-ethylphenyl)-1,2-ethanediol (14), loliolide (15), (3S)-3-hydroxy-β-ionone (16), sinapic acid (17), ferulic acid (18), p-hydroxycinnamic acid (19), quercetin (20), syringaresinol (21), 6-methoxy-7-hydroxycoumarin (22), dibutylphthalate (23). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new natural product, compounds 1-8, 10, 11, 13-16 are isolated from this genus for the first time, and compounds 1-16 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
