[摘要]
目的 研究麻布七Aconitum sinomontanum的化学成分。方法 采用硅胶柱色谱、半制备型高效液相色谱进行分离纯化,通过理化性质及现代波谱技术鉴定化合物的结构。结果 从麻布七的80%乙醇提取物中分离得到3个二萜类生物碱,分别鉴定为1α,11α,15β-trihydroxylatisine(1)、demethylenedelcorine(2)、denudatine(3)。结论 化合物1为新化合物,命名为光翠雀碱B,化合物3为首次从该植物中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To investigate the diterpenoid alkaloids from the roots of Aconitum sinomontanum. Methods The 80% ethanol extract from A. sinomontanum was isolated and purified by silica and semi-preparative HPLC column. Then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Three compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as 1α,11α,15β-trihydroxylatisine (1), demethylenedelcorine (2), and denudatine (3), respectively. Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound named denudatine B, and compound 3 is isolated from this plant for the first time.
