[摘要]
目的 研究牛皮消Cynanchum auriculatum的化学成分及其活性。方法 采用多种柱色谱对牛皮消乙醇提取物进行分离纯化;通过波谱数据对化合物进行结构鉴定;采用SRB法对所得化合物的进行细胞毒性测试。结果 从牛皮消的乙醇提取物中分离得到2个甾体类化合物,分别鉴定为3-甲酰氧基-萝藦苷元(1)和萝藦苷元(2)。结论 化合物1为新化合物,活性测试结果表明2个甾体化合物没有明显的细胞毒活性(IC50>10 μmol/L)。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Cynanchum auriculatum. Methods Compounds were isolated and purified by multiple column chromatography on silica gel column and Sephadex LH-20 gel column. The structures of the obtained compounds were elucidated by analysis of their NMR and HRESIMS data. The cytotoxicity of the compounds was evaluated by SRB methods. Results Two compounds were obtained from ethanol extraction of C. auriculatum and identified as 3-formyloxy-metaplexigenin (1) and metaplexigenin (2). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new C21 steroid, named 3-formyloxy-metaplexigenin and showed weak cytotoxicity.
