[摘要]
目的 研究黄花三宝木Trigonostemon lutescens茎中的化学成分。方法 采用硅胶柱色谱法,半制备高效液相色谱等方法进行分离纯化,结合NMR、IR、MS等波谱技术对其结构进行鉴定,并运用MTT法测定化合物1~4对人肺癌A549细胞、宫颈癌HeLa细胞和乳腺癌MCF-7细胞的细胞毒活性。结果 从黄花三宝木茎中分离得到4个木脂素类化学成分,分别鉴定为5,5'-二甲氧基木香酚A(1)、丁香脂素(2)、里立脂素B二甲醚(3)、木香酚A(4)。结论 化合物1为新化合物,化合物2~4为首次从该属植物中分离得到。化合物1~4对A549、HeLa和MCF-7细胞具有一定的细胞毒活性。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents in the stems of Trigonostemon lutescens. Methods Silica gel column chromatography and semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography were used for separation and purification. The structures were identified by NMR, IR, MS and other spectral techniques. Toxicity of compounds 1—4 on human lung cancer A549 cells, cervical cancer Hela cells and breast cancer MCF-7 cells was determined by the MTT method. Results Four lignans were isolated from the stems of T. lutescens. The structures were identified as 5,5'-dimethoxylclemaphenol A (1), syringaresinol (2), lirioresinol B dimethyl ether (3) and clemaphenol A (4). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound, and compounds 2—4 are isolated from this genus for the first time. Compounds 1—4 have certain cytotoxic activity on A549, HeLa and MCF-7 human tumor cells.
