目的 对毛萼香茶菜Isodon eriocalyx茎叶的化学成分进行研究。方法 采用多种色谱方法进行分离纯化，通过理化性质及光谱数据对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果 从毛萼香茶菜茎叶中分离得到1个二萜类化合物，鉴定为15β-乙酰氧基-1α-羟基-7α，20-环氧-对映-贝壳杉-16-烯-6-酮。结论 该化合物为新的对映-贝壳杉烷二萜类化合物，命名为毛萼辛素。

Objective To study the chemical constituents from the stems and leaves of Isodon eriocalyx. Methods The chemical constituent of I. eriocalyx was separated and purified by chromatographic methods and structurally elucidated by physicochemical characteristics and spectral data. Results One new compound was isolated from the stems and leaves of I. eriocalyx, and it was identified as 15β-acetoxy-1α-hydroxy-7α,20-epoxy-ent-kaur-16-en-6-one (1). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new ent-kaurane diterpenoid named as eriocalyxin H.
