[摘要]
目的 研究大麻药(镰果扁豆Dolichos falcata根)的化学成分。方法 采用硅胶柱色谱和Sephadex LH-20等色谱方法进行分离纯化,应用波谱学方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果 从大麻药70%乙醇提取物中分离得到3个化合物,分别鉴定为3β,23-二羟基-2-氧代齐墩果-12-烯-28-羧酸-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1)、3β-羟基-齐墩果-12-烯-23,28-二羧酸-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、2β,3β-二羟基-齐墩果-12-烯-23,28-二羧酸-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)。结论 化合物1为1个新的三萜皂苷类化合物,命名为大麻药皂苷C。化合物2为首次从该植物中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents from the roots of Dolichos falcata. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated by column chromatography with silica gel and Sephadex LH-20. Their structures were identified on the basis of spectroscopic analysis. Results Three compounds were isolated from the roots of D. falcata and identified as 3β,23-dihydroxy-2-oxoolean-12-en-28-dioic acid 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), 3β-hydroxyolean-12-en-23,28-dioic acid 3-O-β-Dglucopyranoside (2), and 2β,3β-dihydroxyolean-12-en-23,28-dioic acid 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (3). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new triterpene glycoside named doliroside C and compound 2 is isolated from this plant for the first time.
