目的 研究紫薇Lagerstroemia indica茎叶的化学成分。方法 通过硅胶、凝胶等柱色谱及高效液相色谱分离, 根据理化性质和核磁共振波谱对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果 从紫薇茎叶乙醇提取物中分离得到5个化合物, 分别鉴定为1,2-二 (3-羟基-4-甲氧基苯基)-3-氧代丙醇乙酸酯(1)、morusinol(2)、neocyclomorusin(3)、(+)-表丁香树脂醇-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4)、yunnanensin A(5)。结论 化合物1为1个新化合物, 命名为紫薇乙酸酯A, 化合物2~5为首次从该植物中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents in the stems-leaves of Lagerstroemia indica. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, and HPLC. The structures of the compound were identified on the basis of chemical and spectral methods. Results Five compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of the stems-leaves of L. indica and identified as 1,2-(3-hydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl)-3-oxopropyl acetate (1), morusinol (2), neocyclomorusin (3), (+)-episyring-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (4), and yunnanensin A (5). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound named lagerstroemiate A, and compounds 2—5 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
