将中药加入到保健食品中在我国已有悠久的历史，自保健食品实行审批制度以来，批准的含有中药的保健食品已超过3 000余种。首次对几年来我国批准的中药类保健食品分类整理，从多角度分析现状，并从监督管理角度提出对此类保健食品加工、检验等质量控制措施，以期为中药类保健食品的健康发展提出建议。

It is a long history that adding the Chinese materia medica (CMM) into health food in China. Since the implementation of the examination and approval system was performed to health food, there are over 3 000 products being approved. This article sorts the health food containing CMM from many perspectives for the first time, and puts forward the control measures for the processing and testing of health food from the angle of supervision and management, so as to table a proposal for the healthy development of health food containing CMM.
