[摘要]
目的 研究枫杨Pterocarya stenoptera树皮的化学成分。方法 采用硅胶柱色谱、ODS、Sephadex LH-20、HPLC及重结晶等分离纯化手段对枫杨树皮90%乙醇提取物的氯仿和醋酸乙酯萃取部位进行分离纯化,并根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果 从枫杨树皮中分离得到14个化合物,分别鉴定为算盘子酮(1)、羽扇豆-1β, 3β-二醇(2)、乌苏酸(3)、白桦脂酸(4)、2α, 3β, 19α-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(5)、(4S)-4, 8-二羟基-1-四氢萘酮(6)、4-甲氧基-5-羟基-1-四氢萘酮(7)、(4S)-4-羟基-1-四氢萘酮(8)、杨梅苷(9)、30-norlupan-28-oic acid(10)、杨梅素(11)、槲皮素-3-O-(2″-没食子酰基)-鼠李糖苷(12)、齐墩果酸(13)和3, 3′-二甲氧基鞣花酸-4′-O-β-D-吡喃木糖苷(14)。结论 化合物1~14为首次从枫杨中分离得到,其中化合物5、7~14为首次从枫杨属植物中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents in the barks of Pterocarya stenoptera. Methods The chemical constituents in chloroform and ethyl acetate fractions of 90% ethanol extract from the barks of P. stenoptera were isolated and purified by column chromatography over silica gel, ODS, Sephadex LH-20 columns, preparative HPLC, and recrystallization. The structures of the isolated compounds were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data analyses. Results Fourteen compounds were obtained and identified as glochidone (1), lup-20(29)-en-1β, 3β-diol (2), ursolic acid (3), betulinic acid (4), 2α, 3β, 19α-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (5), (4S)-4, 8-dihydroxy-1-tetralone (6), 5-hydroxy-4-methoxy-α-tetralone (7), (4S)-4-hydroxy-1-tetralone (8), myricitrin (9), 30-norlupan-28-oic acid (10), myrictin (11), quercetin-3-O-2″-galloyl-rhamnoside (12), oleanolic acid (13), and 3, 3′-di-O-methyl ellagic acid-4′-O-β-D-xylopyranoside (14). Conclusion Compounds 1—14 are isolated from the plant for the first time, and compounds 5 and 7—14 are obtained from the plants in Pterocarya Kunth. for the first time.
