[摘要]
目的研究大炭角菌Xylaria euglossa子实体的化学成分。方法通过硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱分离化合物,运用氢谱、碳谱、二维核磁共振(1H-1HCOSY、HMQC、HMBC、NOESY)、高分辨质谱等光谱学方法鉴定化合物结构。结果分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为炭角菌酮(1)、3,9-二羟基-3-甲基-6,8-二甲氧基-二氢蒽酮(2)、1-羟基-6,8-二甲氧基-3-甲基蒽醌(3)、炭角菌内酰胺(4)、neoechinulinA(5)、5α,8α-过氧麦角甾-6,22-二烯-3β-醇(6)、麦角甾-4,6,8(14),22-四烯-3-酮(7)、22E-麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β,5α,6β-三醇(8)、棕榈酸(9)、(2S,2′R,3S,4R)-2-(2′-羟基-十八碳酰胺)二十二碳烷-1,3,4-三醇(10)。结论所有化合物均为大炭角菌中首次分离得到。其中化合物1和4为新化合物。

[Abstract]
ObjectiveTo study the chemical constituents in sporophore of Xylaria euglossa. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated by chromatography on repeated silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 columns. Their structures were elucidated by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, 2D-NMR (1H-1HCOSY, HMQC, HMBC, and NOESY), HR-ESI-MS, and so on. ResultsTen compounds were isolated and identified as xylarinone (1), 3, 9-dihydroxy-3-methyl-6, 8-dimethoxy-dihydroanthracenone (2), 1-hydroxy-6, 8-dimethoxy-3- methylanthraquinone (3), xylactam (4), neoechinulin A (5), 5α, 8α-epidioxy-ergosta-6, 22-dien-3β-ol (6), ergosta-4, 6, 8(14), 22- tetraen-3-one (7), 22E-ergosta-7, 22-dien-3β, 5α, 6β-triol (8), palmitic acid (9), and (2S, 2′R, 3S, 4R)-2-(2′-hydroxy-stearamide) docosane-1, 3, 4-triol (10). Conclusion All compounds are isolated from thisfungus for the first time. Compounds 1and 4are new compounds.
