目的 研究珊瑚状猴头菌Hericium coralloides子实体的化学成分。方法 采用柱色谱手段,结合波谱方法(MS、NMR)分离鉴定珊瑚状猴头菌子实体的化学成分。结果 从珊瑚状猴头菌子实体的石油醚和氯仿部分分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为9, 12-十八烷二烯酸甲酯(1)、麦角甾-7, 22-二烯-3β-棕榈酸酯(2)、麦角甾-4, 6, 8(14), 22-四烯-3-酮(3)、麦角甾醇过氧化物(4)、麦角甾醇(5)、麦角甾-7, 22-二烯-3β-醇(6)、hericenone J(7)、啤酒甾醇(8)、麦角甾-7, 22-二烯-3-酮(9)、β-谷甾醇(10)、hericene A(11)、hericene C(12)。结论 所有化合物均为首次从珊瑚状猴头菌子实体中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents from the sporophore of Hericium coralloides. Methods The chemical constituents were separated and purified by chromatographic methods after solvent extraction and were identified by spectroscopic analyses (MS and NMR). Results Twelve compounds were isolated from PE and CHCl3 fractions in the sporophore of H. coralloides and were identified as 9, 12-octadecadienoic acid methyl ester (1), ergosta-7, 22-dien-3β-yl palmitate (2), ergosta-4, 6, 8(14), 22-tetraen-3-one (3), ergosterol peroxide (4), ergosterol (5), ergosta-7, 22-dien-3β-ol (6), hericenone J (7), cerevisterol (8), ergosta-7, 22-dien-3-one (9), β-sitosterol (10), hericene A (11), and hericene C (12). Conclusion All of these compounds are separated from the sporophore of H. coralloides for the first time.
