目的 对藏木香Inula racemosa根中的抗菌活性成分进行研究。方法 应用多种柱色谱技术对藏木香根进行分离纯化,并通过波谱和化学方法鉴定化合物结构。对化合物进行体外抗大肠杆菌Escherichia coli和金黄色葡萄球菌Staphylococcus aureus活性测试。结果 从藏木香根乙醇提取物的醋酸乙酯萃取部分分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为去氢木香内酯(1)、1α, 5αH-13-羟基愈创木-4(15), 10(14), 7(11)-三烯-6α, 12-内酯(2)、1α, 5α, 7α, 11αH-愈创木-4(15), 10(14)-二烯-6α, 12-内酯(3)、1α, 5α, 7αH-3β-羟基愈创木-4(15), 10(14), 11(13)-三烯-6α, 12-内酯(4)、1α, 5α, 7α, 11βH-3β-羟基愈创木- 4(15), 10(14)-二烯-6α, 12-内酯(5)、吉马烷-1(10), 4(5), 11(13)-三烯-6α, 12-内酯(6)、(E)-3-(4-羟基苯基) 丙烯酸(7)、7-羟基香豆素(8)、香草醛(9)、3β-羟基-5α, 8α-二氧环麦角甾-6, 22-二烯(10)、β-谷甾醇(11)、1α, 5αH-2α, 6α-二-(4-羟基-3, 5-二甲氧基苯基)-3, 7-二氧双环 [3.3.0]-辛烷(12)。结论 化合物2~5、10、12为首次从该植物中分离得到,对分得的12个化合物进行抗菌实验,其中化合物1、4及6显示较强的抗菌活性。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the antibacterial components in the roots of Inula racemosa. Methods The compounds were isolated by various chromatographic methods and elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data and their antibacterial activities for Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were tested. Results Twelve components were obtained from EtOAc fraction in the ethanol extract from the roots of I. racemosa and identified as dehydrocostus lactone (1), 1α, 5αH-13-hydroxyguaia-4(15), 10(14), 7(11)-trien-6α, 12-olide (2), 1α, 5α, 7α, 11H-guaia-4(15), 10(14)-dien-6α, 12-olide (3), 1α, 5α, 7αH-3β-hydroxyguaia-4(15), 10(14), 11(13)-trien-6α, 12-olide (4), 1α, 5α, 7α, 11βH-3β-hydroxyguaia-4(15), 10(14)-dien-6α, 12-olide (5), germacra-1(10), 4(5), 11(13)-trien-6α, 12-olide (6), (E)-3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-propenoic acid (7), 7-hydroxycoumarin (8), vanillin (9), 3β-hydroxy-5α, 8α-epidioxy ergosta-6, 22-dien (10), β-sitosterol (11), and 1α, 5αH-2α, 6α-bis-(4-hydroxy-3, 5-dihydroxyben)-3, 7-dioxabicyclo[3.3.0]-octane (12). Conclusion Compounds 2—5, 10, and 12 are reported to be obtained from the roots of I. racemosa for the first time. Antibacterial activity results of all the compounds show that compounds 1, 4, and 6 have strong antibacterial activity.
