[摘要]

目的对金钗石斛Dendrobium nobile茎的化学成分进行研究。方法采用正相及反相硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱及制备高效液相色谱等方法进行分离纯化,根据波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为石斛碱(1)、石斛醚碱(2)、邻苯二甲酸丁酯(3)、松脂素(4)、N-反式桂皮酸酰对羟基苯乙胺(5)、N-反式阿魏酸酰对羟基苯乙胺(穆坪马兜铃酰胺,6)、N-顺式阿魏酸酰对羟基苯乙胺(7)、N-反式香豆酰酪胺(8)、N-顺式香豆酰酪胺(9)、山药素III(10)、二氢松柏醇二氢对羟基桂皮酸酯(11)。结论化合物3、5～9均为首次从该植物中分离获得,其中化合物9为首次从石斛属植物中分离获得。
