目的 研究毛冬青Ilex pubescens 根的化学成分。方法 采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱法对毛冬青根中的化学成分进行分离纯化，应用谱学技术和化学方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果 分离鉴定了1个三萜苷皂类化合物3-O-β-D-吡喃木糖基-3β, 19α, 24-三羟基齐墩果酸（1）。结论 化合物1为新的化合物，命名为毛冬青皂苷D。

Objective To investigate the chemical constituents from the roots of Ilex pubescens. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by chromatography on silica gel, and Sephadex LH-20 columns. Their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic methods and chemical evidences. Results A triterpenoid glycoside was purified and its structure was identified as 3-O-β-D-xylopyranosylspathodic acid (1). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new triterpenoid glycoside, named ilexsaponin D.
